It is with great pleasure that we announce the Fourth International Symposium on Thrombosis & Vessels, which will take place on May 15–16, 2026, at the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel, Skopje.
The symposium will cover topics including venous thromboembolism (with a focus on pulmonary embolism), arterial disease (coronary and peripheral), and real-world experiences with diagnostic and therapeutic modalities. A dedicated session will also address arterial and pulmonary hypertension.
This event is intended for cardiologists, vascular medicine specialists, internists, hematologists, transfusion medicine specialists, dermatologists, family physicians, as well as subspecialists and residents. Participation from experts across Europe and the region is expected.

CANCELLATION OF THE ACCOMMODATION
- For cancellation of the accommodation by 24.04.2026, the paid funds will be refunded completely, reduced for the bank expenses..
- For cancellation of the accommodation after 25.04.2026, the paid funds will be refunded for 50%, reduced for the bank expenses.
- For cancellation of the accommodation after 05.05.2026, PAYMENTS ARE NOT REFUNDABLE.
ATTENDANCE TO ALL LOCATIONS IN THE HOTEL RELATED TO THE EVENT WILL BE ALLOWED ONLY FOR PERSONS WHO HAVE PAID THE REGISTRATION FEE.

SUBMISSION OF ABSTRACTS FOR POSTER PRESENTATIONS
The submission of abstracts for poster presentations is done electronically, using the form found below on the page.
Abstracts have to be written in Times New Roman, with max. font size 12, single spacing, A4 format.
It should not contain more than 300 words, including the title, names of authors and the institution of origin and the content of the abstract and max 5 keywords.
Abstracts should be as concise as possible and include the following sub-titles:
INTRODUCTION, OBJECTIVES, MATERIAL, METHODS, RESULTS and CONCLUSION
The abstract must be written in a Word document in English language, which is submitted with the abstract submission form.

Poster presentations will be performed only electronically on LCD screens and because of that, the posters have to be made as PowerPoint presentations in 16:9 format, with a maximum of 5 slides.

- The scientific board will bring decisions for all APPROVED ABSTRACT for POSTER PRESENTATIONS.
- DEADLINE FOR SUBMISSION OF ABSTRACTS for POSTER PRESENTATIONS IS 25.04.2026.
- DEADLINE FOR CONFIRMATION OF ACCEPTED ABSTRACTS for POSTER PRESENTATIONS IS 30.04.2026.
- Only those papers for which the registration fee has been paid, according to one of the conditions described in the First announcement, will be printed in the Abstract book.
